Leading online gaming news portal Asia Gaming Brief (AGB) has announced that the ‘Mekong Gaming Summit’ will be held in Phnom Penh, Cambodia on 10th and 11th September, 2019 to discuss investment a๊nd marketing opportunities for land-based and online ⛎gaming in South-East Asian jurisdictions such as Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, Laos and Myanmar.
The conference is due to take place at the Sofitel in Phnom Penh, the capital city of Cambodia from 10th-11th September and is being supported by the Cambodian Ministry of Economy and Finance (MOEF), one of the agencies responsible for gaming r🧸egulation, along with the Ministry of the Interior.
AGB has announced that the the Ministry of Economy and Finance Secretary of State in ✅the Government of Cambodia, Nguon Sokha, will be delivering the opening address while Mey Vann, director general of MOEF will also be speaking at the event.
Other highlights of the event include a special gala cocktail reception hosted by the capital’s premier casino and entertainment resort – NagaWorld – on the evening of 10th September. Delegates will also be able to meet companies able to🌼 assist in setting up their businesses in the region at a table-top exhibition sp𓆉ace in the Sofitel Grand Ballroom foyer.
Immediately following the conf💞erence, on 12th September, there will be an optional tour to the Sihanoukville town of Cambodia, which has emerged as one of the biggest gaming hubs of the South-Eas🐟t Asian region.
