Poker website hosted one of the biggest online poker tou𒊎rnaments in the country Game Changer with a total of 3777 entries and a total prize pool of Rs. 3.77 crores.
The event, having a buy-in of Rs. 11,000 on the PokerBaazi platform from 20th-24th February, 2019 and had a guaranteed prizepool of Rs. 2 crores. However, accorꦯding to the company, the guaranteed prizepool was surpassed within the first two days due to the high n🤡umber of registrations.
Bengaluru-based 29-ye൲ar old poker player Prashanth ‘Iveyleague’ Sekar emerged victorious after a grueling two days꧋ of online poker and took home total prize money of Rs. 60 lakhs.
Commenting on his victory, Sekar noted, “It is unbelievable that I won India’s biggest Poker tournament organized by PokerBaazi. When the Game Changer was announced, I was sure to participate and knew that it would be a dream come tr🥀ue to win this one. After winning it, no words can do justice to how I feel!”
